Recent Fed ct decision in San Francisco and 1 awaited from state ct in Elko, Nev, may resolve relationship of Howard Hughes and Hank Greenspun, as well as determine future of Las Vegas Sun, Greenspun's newspaper; central issue in both actions is $4-million loan that Hughes made to Greenspun with stock of newspaper as collateral; no payments have been made on loan; during 4 yrs after '67, $11.3-million passed from Hughes to Greenspun as Greenspun sold Hughes TV station and country club, borrowed $4-million at 3% interest and obtained advance payment of $400,000 for ad for Hughes hotels and casinos; Greenspun's contention that Hughes interests conspired to shut off ad to his paper was basis of antitrust suit in which adverse decision was handed down by Fed Dist Judge Samuel Conti; Conti decision detailed (M)
