MEXICO CITY, May 10. -- The Federals, in scoring their first important victory in the north yesterday by routing 1,000 of Orozco's troops at Zaragoza, near Tiahuililo, and capturing that point, have obtained an important strategic advantage. Rabago's movement was designed to intercept the rebels retreating from Cuatro Cienegas, where Gen. Aubert had administered a crushing defeat a day or two before.
