Anna Kuliscioff (Italian: [ˈanna kuliʃˈʃɔf]; Russian: Анна Кулишёва, IPA: [anːə kʊlʲɪˈʂovə]; born Anna Moiseyevna Rozenshtein; Анна Моисеевна Розенштейн; 9 January 1857 – 27 December 1925) was a Russian-born Italian revolutionary, a prominent feminist, an anarchist influenced by Mikhail Bakunin, and eventually a Marxist socialist militant. She was mainly active in Italy, where she was one of the first women to graduate in medicine.

Five of the overdue mails from New-Orleans are to hand, bringing dates to Monday last. The ship Kennchee arrived at New-Orleans from Danish Island, St. Thomas, with 219 passengers, who had been landed at St. Thomas from the ships Atlas and Claiborne, from Havre, disabled at sea.
Wrecks at Sea.

Storms at sea contend with fires on land to make the new year memorable with melancholy events. Our coasts are strewn with wrecks, and the hulks of vessels that rode proudly on the waves shortly since are driven before the wind or cast about at the sea's pleasure.

THE REPORTED MEXICAN TREATY.--It is seldom that we deem it necessary to notice the fabrications which constitute the staple of the intelligence sent from Washington to the New-York Herald by some of its correspondents. But occasionally we feel forced to inter pose lest imposition may be practiced.
The Sonoran Fillibusters.

The people of California are greatly ex cited about the various projects that have been formed for the dismemberment of Mexico. The news of President WALKER's young Republic has but just burst upon them, and all the ardent fillibusters of the State are in a fever to be off to share in planting Republics, and harvesting the scrip to show the possession of public plunder.

On Saturday evening. Jan. 7, suddenly, Mr. CHARLES HOLLISTER, at his residence, No. 78 West 21st-st, in the 43d year of his age. The relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend his funeral, without further invitation at Calvary Church. at 1 o'clock, this (Tuesday) afternoon. His remains will be taken to Trinity Cemetery.
